1. Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been processed for shipping or download, it cannot be canceled.
2. Refunds: Refunds will be issued for canceled orders or defective products. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for digital products once they have been downloaded or accessed.
